On August 7, Zhenhua Fengguang issued a statement regarding its investor relations activities, shedding light on the company's significant technological strides in the realms of memory chips and high-reliability Microcontroller Units (MCUs). The company has successfully acquired core design capabilities, enhanced reliability measures, and developed proprietary firmware technologies across a diverse range of memory chips. Its technical expertise spans various architectures, including NOR/NAND, DDR, EEPROM, and eMMC.
The primary emphasis lies on wide-temperature, high-reliability memory chips, with around ten products having successfully undergone transfer verification and securing small-scale batch orders.
Concurrently, capitalizing on its strengths in radiation-hardened technology, the company is actively engaged in the development of high-reliability MCUs grounded in the RISC-V architecture. These products are currently in the research, development, and verification phases, tailored specifically for high-reliability applications within the commercial aerospace sector and specialized equipment.
