SanDisk announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, reporting revenue of $8.97 billion, a 51% increase sequentially and a significant 372% year-on-year growth. Approximately one-third of the sequential revenue growth came from increased sales volume, while two-thirds were attributed to price hikes. For the full year, SanDisk's fiscal year 2026 revenue was $20.25 billion, a 175% year-on-year increase, with GAAP net profit of $11.43 billion and diluted net earnings per share of $73.76, compared to a net loss of $1.64 billion in the previous year. Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2027, SanDisk expects revenue to be between $10.3 billion and $10.8 billion, with non-GAAP diluted net earnings per share projected to be between $44 and $46.
