On August 5, semiconductor foundry giant GlobalFoundries unveiled its financial performance for the second quarter of 2026, revealing a revenue of $1.786 billion for the period. This represents a sequential growth of 9.3%, outperforming the company's prior forecasts. The Non-IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) gross margin reached 29.9%, also exceeding the anticipated range.
