Solidigm, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SK Hynix, is forging ahead with its pre-IPO financing endeavors, aiming for a valuation of roughly KRW 50 trillion (equivalent to approximately RMB 236.9 billion). The company intends to secure funds ranging from KRW 5 to 10 trillion (about RMB 23.69 billion to 47.38 billion) to lay a solid foundation for its upcoming Nasdaq IPO. In this process, Solidigm has handpicked Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as its lead underwriters. Moreover, it is actively reaching out to gauge the investment interests of global alternative asset management firms, overseas sovereign wealth funds, and various other institutions. It's worth noting that Solidigm was originally Intel's NAND flash memory and storage business. SK Hynix acquired it in 2020, and the deal was successfully finalized last year.
