Recently, SK Hynix unveiled its strategy to initiate the mass production and distribution of LPDDR6 memory chips in the latter half of 2026. The Chinese smartphone giant, Xiaomi, is poised to be one of the inaugural adopters, with its upcoming flagship device anticipated to be the pioneer in integrating this cutting-edge technology. Back in March of this year, SK Hynix secured the world's inaugural product development certification and is now intensifying its efforts in production line calibration and process refinement, paving the way for extensive mass production.
