Recently, the nano-cerium oxide polishing solution, independently developed by Tianjiao Qingmei—a subsidiary of Baotou Rare Earth—has successfully cleared the production line verification process at a prominent domestic optical enterprise and commenced steady, large-scale shipments. Prior to this achievement, there was no well-established localized production process to draw from in this specific field. Throughout the research and development phase, the team had to surmount technical hurdles, including the uniform preparation of nano-rare earth particles, ensuring the long-term suspension stability of the slurry, and achieving dust-free mass production.
