On the morning of July 30, a signing ceremony took place in Jiading, Shanghai, marking the commencement of HuiCheng Corporation's HITS advanced packaging R&D industrialization project. Nestled in Nanxiang Town, this ambitious endeavor is projected to command an investment of at least RMB 7.5 billion. Its primary objective is to construct and manage an HITS advanced packaging process platform, along with an R&D headquarters. The project is geared towards conquering key technologies in advanced packaging, propelling the local packaging and testing industry towards high-end transformation, and bolstering the creation of a self-reliant integrated circuit industry ecosystem in China.
