In the first half of 2026, passenger car deliveries in China declined by nearly 20% year-on-year, but demand for intelligent driving chips bucked the trend and grew. In the market for intelligent driving chips (across all levels) for Chinese domestic brand passenger cars, Horizon Robotics maintained its industry-leading position with a 31.94% market share, followed closely by NVIDIA with 29.38%. In the high-end intelligent driving chip market, Horizon Robotics expanded its market share to 22.82% through the mass production of its Journey 6 series, forming a 'duopoly' with NVIDIA.
