Sources and documents reviewed by media show that Intel has, in a rare move, allowed a startup to use some of its processor technology. Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan and the head of the startup are long-term co-investors. The startup, named Rosaic Labs Inc., filed its initial registration documents in Delaware in May. The media was unable to find its official website or LinkedIn profile, which is relatively common among early-stage chip startups operating in stealth mode.
