Notably, the National AI Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) has been introduced as a new shareholder. Concurrently, the company's registered capital has been augmented to approximately 5.41 million RMB. Established in August 2023, the company is led by its legal representative, Jiang Yimin. Its core business activities encompass integrated circuit design, chip design and services, as well as the sales of chips and related products. Presently, the company is jointly owned by Beijing Kunzhi Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Bijie Anxin Technology Co., Ltd., and the newly incorporated shareholder.
