Against the backdrop of the global AI boom, Changxin Storage, a prominent Chinese memory chip manufacturer, has significantly bolstered its market standing. Recent reports indicate that Changxin's 64GB server-grade DDR5 memory module commands a higher price than Samsung's comparable offering, which is currently priced at roughly $1,240 per unit. By 2026, propelled by the soaring demand for AI computing capabilities, the contract price for server memory is projected to leap from approximately $450 at the end of 2025 to over $900. Domestic end-user prices are expected to more than triple from their 2025 lows. Leveraging its reliable supply chain and adaptable cooperation strategies, Changxin has successfully carved out a niche for itself in the market.
