On July 24, technology media Benchlife reported that NVIDIA has notified its board partners of a price increase for GDDR6 and GDDR7 memory kits. When selling products, NVIDIA typically supplies GPU chips and VRAM chips as a kit, allowing partners to install these chips onto their own designed PCBs to produce custom graphics cards. Due to the upcoming price hike for GDDR6 and GDDR7 memory kits, it is expected that AIB vendors will have to raise the prices of their graphics cards.
