On July 20, Dosilicon disclosed that it anticipates its net profit for the first half of 2026 to range between RMB 640 million and RMB 680 million. This marks a significant increase of RMB 751 million to RMB 791 million compared to the corresponding period in the previous year, signifying a remarkable shift from losses to profits. Throughout the reporting period, there was a notable surge in demand for AI computing power. Additionally, the competitiveness of domestic specialized memory technologies saw an improvement, while overseas memory manufacturers hastened their withdrawal from this market segment, resulting in a reduced supply. Concurrently, demand from downstream sectors, including network communications, industrial control, and automotive electronics, steadily rebounded, further widening the supply-demand gap for specialized memory chips.

The company operates within a memory chip market that is currently experiencing tight supply-demand conditions, leading to substantial price hikes for its products. By capitalizing on these market opportunities, the company witnessed concurrent growth in both volume and price for its storage business, primarily driven by SLC NAND Flash. This dual growth propelled a significant increase in revenue during the first half of the year, substantially enhanced gross profit margins, and, as a result, elevated profit levels.
