Samsung Electronics' latest Exynos chip roadmap reveals a shift in strategy from rushing to mass-produce new process nodes to a more measured approach. The Exynos 2600 is already in mass production, with the 2700 expected to enter mass production by the end of 2026. The 2800 will continue to use the 2nm process, while the 2900 is planned to introduce the 1.4nm process in 2029, one year later than TSMC.
