The latest estimates from Bank of America Global Research indicate that the price of NVIDIA's next-generation server racks will reach a new high, with increases far surpassing those of the current Blackwell architecture products. Among them, the costs of Rubin and Rubin Ultra racks have risen significantly, primarily due to increased HBM costs. The Rubin rack includes 72 GPUs and 36 CPUs, with soaring memory costs accounting for approximately one-fourth of the total system cost. Additionally, costs for components such as PCBs and MLCCs have also risen across the board.
