On July 9, TrendForce's latest memory price survey revealed that some manufacturers have reflected price increases in their quotes for the second quarter of 2026 ahead of schedule. Meanwhile, several U.S. cloud service providers have signed multi-year contracts, limiting the manufacturers' ability to raise prices for these customers. As a result, TrendForce forecasts that Server DRAM contract prices will increase by 13% to 18% quarter-over-quarter in the third quarter. However, due to market supply shortages, manufacturers may continue to raise their quotes in the future.
