According to sources familiar with the matter, SK Hynix will conclude the bookbuilding process for its $28 billion American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on Wednesday (U.S. time), as subscription orders have exceeded the offering multiple times. The offering by the South Korean chipmaker represents one of the largest new share issuances in global history. Underwriters have informed investors that bookbuilding will close at 4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, with pricing guidance to be announced after the close of the Korean stock market on Thursday, and allocation results to be finalized on Thursday evening (U.S. time).
