Do-Fluoride Chemicals' current production capacity for semiconductor-grade hydrofluoric acid has hit 40,000 tons. With high capacity utilization and a market price hike of roughly 20%-30%, the company is demonstrating robust profitability. Its G5-grade products have been consistently supplied in bulk to renowned domestic and international companies, including TSMC, Samsung, Hua Hong, and ChangXin Memory Technologies. Moreover, its electronic-grade ammonia water products have also achieved a stable bulk supply status. Presently, the company's multiple production lines, including those for 12,000 tons/year of electronic-grade ammonia water, 6,000 tons/year of electronic-grade ammonium fluoride, and 4,000 tons/year of electronic-grade silane, are all operating smoothly. Looking ahead, Do-Fluoride Chemicals intends to boost the total production capacity of electronic ammonium fluoride to 9,000 tons and establish a complementary 3,000-ton BOE etching solution production line. Concurrently, it will expedite the progress of the 10,000-ton/year electronic-grade phosphoric acid project at its Hubei facility and plan production lines for high-end electronic specialty gases, such as tungsten hexafluoride and hexafluorobutadiene, as well as a thousand-ton-scale enriched boron isotope production line.
