HuiLv Ecological Environment Development Group (001267.SZ) has made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Junheng Technology Co., Ltd., intends to utilize its own funds to augment the capital of its another wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Junheng Technology Co., Ltd., by an amount of RMB 110 million. Post this capital infusion, the registered capital of Hubei Junheng will see a substantial rise, escalating from RMB 50 million to RMB 160 million, while Wuhan Junheng will continue to retain its 100% stake in the company. The primary objective behind this capital enhancement is to propel the strategic development of the Ezhou optical module production base, fulfill the capital needs, and solidify the operational bedrock of the subsidiary. It is noteworthy that this capital increase does not fall under the purview of a related-party transaction or a significant asset restructuring. Moreover, it has already received the green light from the board of directors.
