On June 26, Huachen Optoelectronics released a new product in its Nova series—the SHP ultra-high power single-mode 980nm pump laser chip. This chip can stably output over 1000mW of power in environments ranging from -45°C to 85°C, with a threshold current below 70mA. Mass production is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
