On June 26, it was reported that Apple is making significant adjustments to its Mac chip strategy, preparing to directly adopt a new generation of chips focused on artificial intelligence functions for its next-generation top-tier processors. Currently, Apple is in the M5 series phase and plans to launch the basic version of the M6 processor for entry-level Macs as early as this year, but will skip the high-end version of this chip.
