On June 25, Jiaocheng Ultrasonic (688392.SH) unveiled its strategic plan to purchase a 40% equity interest in its controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Jiaocheng Semiconductor Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., at a price tag of RMB 20.7638 million.
