TFME has announced that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., which previously held over 5% of the company’s shares, has reduced its stake to meet its own operational and management requirements. Additionally, the shareholding ratio was passively diluted as a result of the equity incentive plan. Consequently, the fund’s shareholding ratio has decreased from 11.72% to 5.00%, marking a total reduction of 6.72%. Following this equity adjustment, the industry fund’s shareholding ratio now stands below 5%, while the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged.
