The tech sector, in particular, faced significant headwinds, with most large-cap tech stocks experiencing losses. SpaceX's stock price took a substantial hit, plummeting more than 16%. Other notable declines included Arm, which dropped over 7%, Netflix, down more than 5%, and tech giants Google and Amazon, both falling over 4%. Microsoft's stock decreased by more than 3%, and Meta saw a decline exceeding 2%. In contrast, Tesla's stock price bucked the trend, rising more than 1%. Among the popular Chinese ADRs (American Depositary Receipts), performance was also mixed. Tencent Music fell over 4%, while Bilibili and Li Auto both dropped more than 2%. Alibaba, Pinduoduo, and JD.com each declined by more than 1%. On a positive note, XPeng Group's stock rose over 1%, and NetEase, Weibo, and NIO experienced slight increases.
