In the realm of memory chips, the company has successfully commenced mass production and sales of its 1xnm flash memory products, accompanied by ongoing enhancements in design and process optimization. Moreover, the development of the 2xnm process SLC NAND Flash series is proceeding smoothly, with a steady expansion in the range of product material numbers. Concurrently, the company is advancing the development of medium and high-capacity NOR Flash products, leveraging the 48nm and 55nm processes.

In the DRAM sector, Dosilicon has achieved mass production of DDR3(L), LPDDR1/2/4X, and PSRAM, while continuing to explore and develop additional MCP capacity combination solutions. Regarding automotive-grade products, several models have successfully passed the rigorous AEC-Q100 verification. Furthermore, the company has secured the IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification and has been duly included in the whitelists of multiple automobile manufacturers.
