Recent reports indicate that Intel plans to mass-produce processors codenamed 'Raptor Lake Next' in January 2027, which will be classified under the Core 200 series. As the 14th-gen Core processors are still on sale, the new processors will be fully compatible with existing platforms, including laptops and desktops, and support both DDR5 and DDR4 memory. It is anticipated that the pure P-core Bartlett Lake chips will not be used in this series. Raptor Lake Next will continue with the existing architectural design, covering both desktop and mobile computing markets, coexisting with the current 14th-gen Core i series. In terms of specific specifications, desktop products will include multiple configurations: the Core 7 series will feature an 8 Performance-core + 12 Efficient-core 65W version; the Core 5 series will include an 8 Performance-core + 8 Efficient-core 125W high-power model, as well as an innovative 6 Performance-core + 4 Efficient-core configuration (equipped with 24MB L3 cache) 65W model; the Core 3 series will offer a 4 Performance-core 65W base version.
