On June 11, Galaxy Microelectronics disclosed its intention to acquire 100% of the shares in Henteck Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This will be achieved through a share issuance plan, along with the raising of corresponding funds (additional capital). The anticipated transaction is classified as a related-party deal but does not qualify as a major asset restructuring. Consequently, trading of the company's stocks and convertible bonds will be suspended from June 12, 2026, with the halt expected to extend for no longer than 10 trading days.
