Dinglong Group has announced that its subsidiary, Qianjiang New Materials, has made significant strides in the KrF and ArF high-end wafer photoresist market, securing close to 1,000 gallons in new orders from two prominent wafer foundry clients. As of the announcement date, the company has already secured substantial orders for eight high-end wafer photoresist products from various mainstream domestic wafer foundries, marking an increase of five new products compared to the end of the first quarter. Since the initiation of production in March 2026 for its annual 300-ton production line dedicated to KrF and ArF high-end wafer photoresists, the company has successfully delivered hundreds of gallons of products to customers, which have been effectively utilized. ArF and KrF photoresists are indispensable consumables in the manufacturing of logic and memory chips, commanding the highest value share in the domestic wafer photoresist market.
