On June 11, reports surfaced indicating that Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, will participate in an online event hosted by ASML, the Dutch semiconductor equipment giant, on Thursday. During the event, Musk is set to unveil ASML’s ambitious 'Terafab' plan—a large-scale chip manufacturing initiative designed to supply chips for Tesla and support the upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SpaceX. An ASML spokesperson revealed that Musk will share his insights and future visions in key technology domains, including artificial intelligence, robotics, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing. Additionally, the pricing for SpaceX’s highly anticipated IPO is expected to be announced later on Thursday, with projections suggesting it could rank among the largest IPOs in history.
