On June 1, Meditek revealed during a recent institutional research visit that it had successfully acquired 100% equity stakes in two entities: Haishuoli Optoelectronic Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and INNOWAVE VIETNAM CO., LTD. This strategic move has paved the way for Meditek to enter Samsung's esteemed supply chain. Presently, the company is in full swing with the mass production of soft film filters tailored for mobile phone camera modules. Moreover, its wafer-level packaging and testing services for power chips have advanced to the product verification phase. Additionally, Meditek has forged a fruitful collaboration with a Japanese glass manufacturer in the glass substrate toll processing sector, leading to bulk shipments of 12-inch glass wafers.
