Specifically, within the realm of integrated circuits, the "Domestic Innovation Ecosystem Alliance for Integrated Circuits" and the "Merger and Acquisition Alliance for Integrated Circuits" were inaugurated. These alliances are designed to seamlessly link the entire domestic chip design, manufacturing, and application spectrum, foster an autonomous and controllable industrial collaborative framework, and propel the high-caliber growth of Shanghai's integrated circuit sector.
