On May 22, Changxin Bochuang disclosed that its shareholder, ZHU WEI, along with his spouse, WANG XIAOHONG, jointly possess 18,365,458 shares in the company, constituting 6.27% of the total share capital. The couple intends to divest a portion of their holdings via centralized bidding and block trading mechanisms. This divestment will occur within three months, starting fifteen trading days post-announcement. The planned reduction will not surpass 4,000,000 shares, equivalent to 1.37% of the company's total share capital.
