Tongfu Microelectronics (002156.SZ) has disclosed that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., has divested 10.7254 million shares, equivalent to a 0.71% stake, via centralized bidding transactions conducted from January 22 to May 7, 2026. Before this share reduction, the shareholder possessed a 6.67% interest in the company. Following the divestment, its holding has been adjusted to 5.97%.
