During the 2026 New Tsinghua Unigroup Innovation Summit, the New Tsinghua Unigroup Frontier Technology Research Institute presented its groundbreaking 'Zixian' three-dimensional near-memory computing architecture. This innovative design is built around 3D DRAM technology and leverages a cutting-edge 3.5D heterogeneous integration approach. It achieves an impressive memory bandwidth of up to 30TB/s, while also supporting scalable mass production through a leading domestic supply chain. Operating under the PNM (Processing Near Memory) computing paradigm, this architecture can reduce memory access latency by as much as 18-fold. Simulation data indicates that, given equivalent computational capabilities, its token throughput rate outperforms that of NVIDIA's B200 series by a factor of 1.5 to 2.
