The NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX chip is expected to ship early in the third quarter of 2026. Supply chain reports indicate that shipments of the LP30 and LP35 chips used in LPX racks will reach 1.5 million units this year, increasing to 2.5 million units by 2027. Foxconn is the exclusive supplier of Groq 3 LPX compute trays and the primary supplier for cabinet assembly, with an expected delivery of 6,000 racks this year and an additional 10,000 racks in 2027.
