On April 28th, Lightelligence, a Chinese enterprise specializing in optoelectronic hybrid computing solutions, made its much-anticipated debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Through its initial public offering (IPO), the company successfully raised approximately HK$2.5 billion. Lightelligence is dedicated to tackling the bottleneck issues in AI computing power and has earmarked around 70% of the net proceeds from the IPO to fuel its research and development initiatives.
