The State Administration for Market Regulation spearheaded the creation of a domestic scientific and technological team, which successfully developed and secured approval for a cutting-edge national quantum benchmark for optical wavelength. This achievement places China's technology at the forefront internationally. The benchmark introduces a novel framework for the transmission of optical wavelength measurement values, delivering crucial metrological support across pivotal sectors. In addressing domestic requirements, it facilitates high-precision calibration of laser parameters for the advancement of locally manufactured high-end instruments. Additionally, the proposed measurement techniques offer traceability pathways for the National Metrology Center for the Integrated Circuit Industry (Shanghai), thereby fostering applications within the semiconductor sector.
