Recently, Yinpai Battery Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under GAC Group, collaborated with the National Novel Energy Storage Innovation Center to jointly launch the 'Dafang Wuyu' series 587Ah energy storage cells in Beijing. Among them, the Qiankun version stands as the first large semi-solid energy storage cell in the industry. Concurrently, Yinpai disclosed the progress made in constructing its 6.5GWh solid-liquid hybrid battery mass production line. This line will facilitate the large-scale production of semi-solid energy storage cells. This strategic move signifies a new era in the global energy storage sector, as semi-solid large cell technology has shifted from laboratory exploration to large-scale mass production.
