On April 2 (local time), Broadcom announced that Amy Tuna will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 12. The current CFO, Spears, is set to retire and will continue in his position until June 12, followed by a nine-month advisory role to ensure a smooth transition. Prior to joining Broadcom, Tuna served as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Alphabet since 2018. Before her tenure at Alphabet, she worked as a Managing Director in the Transaction and Accounting Advisory Services division at PwC.
