Jensen Huang, CEO of U.S. chipmaker NVIDIA, stated at the annual AI conference GTC that after a prolonged delay, the company is preparing to supply its H200 artificial intelligence chips to certain Chinese customers. It has already received purchase orders and is restarting production, with the supply chain gradually recovering and obtaining approval from both Chinese and U.S. authorities. Previously, since the Trump administration required export licenses for chips in April 2025, NVIDIA had been excluded from the Chinese market, which once accounted for at least one-fifth of its data center business revenue.
