On March 17, the Growth Enterprise Index experienced a significant downturn, plummeting by more than 2%. Concurrently, the Shanghai Composite Index registered a 0.55% decline, while the Shenzhen Component Index also saw a drop, falling by 1.52%. Sectors that bore the brunt of this market downturn included computing hardware, oil and gas, semiconductor chips, and power grids. Across the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets, nearly 4,300 stocks witnessed a decrease in their values.
