SK Hynix announced on Tuesday that it has successfully developed a 16Gb LPDDR6 DRAM memory product, utilizing a sixth-generation 10-nanometer-class process. The data processing speed has increased by 33%, while power consumption has decreased by 20%. The company plans to complete mass production preparations in the first half of the year and officially start supplying in the second half.
