On March 7, the Ministry of Commerce issued a statement in response to the recent actions taken by Nexperia Netherlands, which had disabled, in bulk, the office software accounts of employees at Nexperia China. This move has significantly impacted the production processes at the Chinese branch. Currently, Wingtech Technology and Nexperia Netherlands are engaged in negotiations; however, the unilateral action by the Dutch side has disrupted these consultations. The Ministry of Commerce emphasized that should this incident escalate into a crisis, the Dutch side would be held accountable for the repercussions.
