WUS Printed Circuit has declared that its subsidiary, Kunshan Huli Microelectronics, intends to invest in the establishment of a printed circuit board production project within the Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The total investment is estimated to be around 5.5 billion yuan. This investment encompasses 4.5 billion yuan allocated to fixed asset investments, which will be implemented in three distinct phases. The first phase involves an investment of 1 billion yuan, the second phase another 1 billion yuan, and the third phase a substantial 2.5 billion yuan. In the second phase, the company plans to acquire approximately 67 acres of land and buildings, which have an assessed value of 119 million yuan. Additionally, it will invest around 200 million yuan in constructing a wastewater treatment plant. Moving on to the third phase, the acquisition will include roughly 155 acres of land and buildings, with an assessed value of 146 million yuan. Once the entire project is fully completed, the estimated annual industrial output value is projected to soar to approximately 6.5 billion yuan.
