Today, Nexperia China released a statement indicating that, as of 19:02 on March 3, 2026, Nexperia B.V. (headquartered in the Netherlands) has collectively disabled the office accounts of its employees in China. This action has led to employees being unable to access crucial office environments, including Office 365 and SAP systems, significantly disrupting operations in China. In the production process, a key step has been particularly affected: the placement of SAP orders and their transfer to production once customer-supplied wafers arrive at the factory. However, it's important to note that orders already placed in SAP and currently in the production process remain unaffected. In response to this situation, the IT and business departments in China have swiftly activated emergency response protocols. Their primary focus is on restoring key systems and rescheduling production activities. At present, most operations have been resumed, ensuring the continuity of basic production and business functions. Additionally, concerted efforts are underway to mitigate any potential repercussions on subsequent production and delivery schedules.
