On March 5, TrendForce's latest report on spot memory price trends revealed that the DRAM market is currently in a wait-and-see phase. This is primarily because spot prices are exceeding contract prices, and negotiations for second-quarter pricing have yet to commence. Meanwhile, NAND Flash spot prices are on an upward trajectory, with a notable 14.7% surge in 512Gb TLC Wafer prices this week. Despite this increase, buyers are also maintaining a cautious, wait-and-see stance.
