Two former Google engineers and their spouse, all Iranian citizens, have been indicted by U.S. federal prosecutors for allegedly stealing trade secrets related to Google's Tensor processor used in Pixel smartphones. The indictment, unsealed on Thursday, charges the trio with 14 felony counts including conspiracy, theft of trade secrets, and destruction of evidence. If convicted, they face a minimum of 20 years in prison.
