They attempted standard troubleshooting steps, including restarting the device, performing a soft reset, and restoring network settings, but none of these measures succeeded in restoring the signal. Given that the device employs a dual-carrier, dual-SIM setup and both SIM cards were unable to establish a network connection, the likelihood of a carrier outage was dismissed.
