According to reports from Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf and Reuters, on February 11 (local time), the Amsterdam Court of Appeal in the Netherlands ruled to launch a formal investigation into Nexperia, accusing it of 'mismanagement'. The ruling upheld the previous decision to suspend the position of Nexperia's Chinese CEO and allowed the interim European management team to remain in place. Nexperia's parent company, Wingtech Technology, expressed strong dissatisfaction and stated that it would continue to defend its rights through legal means.
