Wingtech Technology has acknowledged the latest decision issued by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal in the Netherlands concerning the case involving Nexperia. The court has neither revoked its prior erroneous ruling nor lifted the interim measures, nor has it reinstated Wingtech’s lawful control. Instead, it has opted to initiate an investigation procedure. Wingtech voices its profound disappointment and resolute dissatisfaction with this decision, considering it inconsistent and highlighting that the interim measures persist in undermining the interests of both the company and the industrial supply chain. Wingtech welcomes a fair and transparent investigation and remains steadfast in its belief that its actions are lawful and in compliance with regulations. At present, the court has broadened the scope of the investigation to encompass Nexperia’s current interim management team. Wingtech calls for a thorough and impartial investigation to scrutinize fully the unlawful actions of the current management. Wingtech reiterates its demand for the immediate revocation of the interim measures, the restoration of its lawful shareholder rights, and affirms its commitment to employing all lawful means to regain control over Nexperia, protect its rights and interests, and uphold the stability of the global semiconductor industrial supply chain.
